Payment & Refund Policy
- For my rate card query, you must schedule a discovery call (DC) with me. Only individuals who have completed a DC, seen my rate card, and are interested in partnering with me will receive the rate card. I’ll give it to you via email for documentation.
- If you are interested in partnering with me and have signed the contractual agreement, you will receive a two-week FREE trial period. Terms & conditions applied in the contractual agreement.
- All payments for my services are based on the work milestones I get, which will be discussed later in the DC (first DC or second DC, if necessary).
- All payments for my services are due upon receipt in every milestone, as agreed in the contract. I accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers (for Indonesian clients only).
- If the job is completed but no payment has been received, I will be unable to proceed to the next step/milestone. And if you end the partnership during the working phase, you must pay for the most recent unpaid services I provided, unless the work materials become my own record.
- No refunds are made. So if you have transferred the first payment and want to abort the partnership, you can’t get your money back.
- Any additional adjustments wil be made in the contractual agreement.
